THE STORY

Wonder is often my go to. Always reconnecting awareness of beautiful Ma, Her creatures, Her growing things, the abode of NOW keeps me in awe, and somewhat sane.

I am a sadhaka, a bhakta, a practitioner of observing inwardly and outwardly in the pathways of Yoga. Key in this exploration is cultivating the practice of witnessing one’s own self from a clear and compassionate place.

I am also a writer working to anchor my practice of writing. Tossing out bite sizes of beautiful sentence on this blog, I'm playing without following rules, just following my fancy.
